Stop the toxicity, the business was set up for failure from the start , should have been training from the start instead of waiting 10 months to fix failure they created

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constant beat downs and berating has got to stop, HR guy is a joke and seems to have been brought in by president to keep him out of trouble
i want to be paid based on what i do. more raises.

Keep the president out of the interview, he puts off negativity vibe

Just being there ! Its the passion for me !
my job is long but when i am busy the time goes by.

Goes back to management, the toxic environment from the uppers needs to go away
