Company was enjoyable to work for before IES took over , toxic culture from top management, dont provide the tools to do the job , the failures are coming from the top management especially the president, GM is a joke ,they do a lot of barking and make a lot of promises

Goes back to management, the toxic environment from the uppers needs to go away

Constant beat downs and berating has got to stop, HR guy is a joke and seems to have been brought in by president to keep him out of trouble

Stop the toxicity, the business was set up for failure from the start , should have been training from the start instead of waiting 10 months to fix failure they created
