The passion and the caring. The overall feel of the company makes me feel like I have a home

It varies from day to day. Most cases its just get your stuff done and then others its quite hectic

Some are great but there is some drama, again much like a family atmosphere

Scattered. The CEO interviews like he is talking to a friend. He even jokes that he is not very good at it. But I love the way that he gets others involved.
What part of Ignite's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Sales is growing fast but we have difficulties with keeping up with the ideas
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Ignite?
The culture is great although can be a little loose at times. Sometimes it feels more like a family than an office environment
What do people at Ignite think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He is very committed to his employees. Although sometimes the direction can be challenging his passion for his business and the business that we are in is very prevalent
How's the work life balance at Ignite?
The balance is very integrated. I love what I do so I enjoy some of the events that I am able to participate in this industry
