What do you like best about the leadership team?
You feel like the door is always open with the executive team. They are all industry leaders with a great track record of building successful businesses.
The communication they have with employees, the employee appreciation and most importantly--the opportunities.
They are hard working, accessible to those that reach out to them, and are truly invested in the successes of their teams
They are always trying to improve the company. They are thoughtful about the moves they make but are always looking to make the appropriate pivots to keep the organization in a competitive position

What is the best part about your compensation package?
4 weeks vacation, options, bonus
They gave me 5k more than I originally asked for--bonus is paid twice a year in cash
Generous vacation, bonus potential, and flexible environment

All hardworking but feels like a family
The support we give each other. The fact that we became friends and are easy to work with.
Everyone works hard and pulls their weight

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Beer on top, snacks, work hard/play hard atmosphere
How they trust the employees, how laid-back yet fast paced everything is and the employee appreciation

Very transparent and met with people from many teams
The transparency and honesty that the team displayed
The recruiters were nice, meeting several people from different teams was also cool
