What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing at all, arbitrary decisions, a lot of favoritism and unfair behavior, total disrespect for human beings and human dignity.

I don't focus on culture except when people talk around me in there language and don't know what there saying or trying to train someone who can't speak English

The coworkers. Management and up all have other agendas behind closed doors and screw us any chance they get.
