The whole staff at easton Iherb needs to work on patience, professionaism, fairness, and honestly . They need to work on their attitudes because that has a big impact on if employees are willing to come in and enjoy what theyre doing for 10 hrs .

Putting themselves on our level and seeing what we deal with day to day instead of shrugging off our demands. Some of which is simply asking for better wifi to put out more productivity on their end versus staring at loading screens all day. They don't listen.
They say one thing and do a completely different thing
They change the shift schedules constantly and mandate hours most people never signed up for. They force people to work harder instead of smarter. Just an idiotic company anymore. Most senior members stick around hoping to bank on the lump lump sums of cash promised with phantom stock.
They need to get better attitudes and work on how to manage people
Attitudes and respect. Its 2022 its no reason racisim is a thing especially at a work place . Grow up
they have no respect, poor attitudes they love to make people feel unworthy and a simple hi or smile was asking for to much. They are miserable. But way more helpful then the supervisors or managers

For starters every worker feeling like an important cog in the structure, not simply replaceable. Too many lies and deception with management and higher ups to hold employees telling them they will make it big when their worthless phantom stock becomes reality. Shady executives all around.
