We all get along together

They communicate and get things done
Nothing, nobody there knows how to work as a team. They're stuck on 1 shift 1 goal instead of an overall goal

Communication and thinking through decisions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If supervisors would handle situations properly and in a timely manner, even HR will ignore you and brush things under the rug
What are some of the best things about your team?
The positive energy is great
We have a good time getting the work done.We work as a team
They are the best! We have a really good time while we work.
We all work together and accomplish what we need to get done
Once again nothing, everybody works for themselves and not as a team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Again, communication amongst each other. It seems to be a big problem as far as patient care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all come from different races and backgrounds
We all come from different backgrounds. We all get along to get the job done. We respect each other

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Supervisors need to step up and run their shifts properly and not let the employees run the shifts. People need to clean their work areas and shifts need to properly dispose of their garbs when they leave

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People need to clean their work areas, Leads need to train their works correctly and not rush them, then get rude when they make a mistake
