We all come from different backgrounds. We all get along to get the job done. We respect each other

Everyone shows up and work together
We get the job done. We meet our deadlines for the most part

Not really sure, everyone is pretty positive
The administration will help with anything we need , they don’t let us sink or fail.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Supervisors need to step up and run their shifts properly and not let the employees run the shifts. People need to clean their work areas and shifts need to properly dispose of their garbs when they leave
