If supervisors would handle situations properly and in a timely manner, even HR will ignore you and brush things under the rug
Again, communication amongst each other. It seems to be a big problem as far as patient care.
Supervisors need to step up and run their shifts properly and not let the employees run the shifts. People need to clean their work areas and shifts need to properly dispose of their garbs when they leave
