Its fair and according to my job descriptions.
The amount I get every month
is that even after retirement you can be able to afford the needs of life

What are some of the best things about your team?
Timely Feedback, updates, project briefs and aligning with front teams
They like sharing ideas and also when problem arise they try to call a meeting and solve the problem together
The way openess and accountability are done as well as empowerment to workers and sorrounding communities
honesty, they are not afraid to face a challenge and when they are not happy they speak openly.

Once you attend interview it doesn't take long time for the results to be out
Been at the company too long to justify current procedures
