Timely Feedback, updates, project briefs and aligning with front teams
They like sharing ideas and also when problem arise they try to call a meeting and solve the problem together
honesty, they are not afraid to face a challenge and when they are not happy they speak openly.
The way openess and accountability are done as well as empowerment to workers and sorrounding communities
