
There was clear communication and flexibility.
There needs to be accountability and more proactive action.
Benefits are sub par compared to the industry. Environment is toxic.
Less random layoffs, well thought out organizational plans, implementation of those plans.
Imagination needs to bring its focus to employees. Many of the practices are outdated and do not compel employees to do good work - update those and become employee first to boost culture - this will motivate employees to be client first.
There needs to be transparency at Imagination. Leadership is making all decisions in a silo and it is rolling downhill and hitting middle management and below. When decisions are made, no accountability is taken and employees are left to pick up the pieces.
