Working with clients to solve problems and create solutions, working with younger staff to improve their knowledge and growth, and seeing buildings I've designed get built and used daily.

I love the team and office culture here in Des Moines. I know I work with talented, dedicated people who are striving to make IMEG better. Plus, we all communicate freely and support each other, which makes working together easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that IMEG encourages a culture of success. They hire talented people and support career growth and individual goals. The environment is at time process heavy but overall supportive and working towards helping employees grow and develop their strengths and weaknesses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate my leadership team's transparency in decision making and that I can always approach anyone in leadership with questions or requesting clarification if I disagree with approach. I know that our leadership cares about the people working here along with the success of the company.
