Fantastic place to work with some of the best people and top notch engineers around. Very challenging but very rewarding work and no two days are the same. IMEG is very flexible and allows staff to be professionals and work when and where needed.

All employees participate in a ESOP which gives all employees ownership in the company.

They are very engaged with the overall company and there is good communication flow from them to all staff members.

The companies structure is set up so that team leaders are very engaged with the team and with day to day activities.

adequate PTO and sufficient flexibility in working hours. I always feel that I can be flexible with my time to get my work done and to allow time for the things in my personal life that come up.

Amazing culture - everyone is friendly and many of us bond outside work or about things that are not work related. The culture allows for free communication and for the ability to share thoughts and ideas among eachother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is very open and engaged. I feel that I can have a conversation about work or personal life with everyone in the company at any time. Everyone is willing to help each other out and we frequently spend time bouncing design related ideas/topics off each other.
