Advising mostly younger staff about technic issues.

Bonuses are fair. Management is willing to suffer in tough years to retain staff.

I've know the leadership team for my whole career and I believe they care about employees.

Competent, smart, and fun and i dont need more words which is annoying about this survey

I like difficult technical challenges, and IMEG has kept me in situations where they are my focus.

Our team is very technically competent, but also very social. IMEG provides a budget for arranging social events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to do good work for our clients. I never feel like we are taking advantage of a client.

They care. I've had things agreed to that management could have easily backed out of, and they lived up to everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about the employees. One year when the economy was horrible the corporate principals all took a 10% pay cut and took no bonus to avoid any layoffs.
