They do a good job of letting offices maintain autonomy while ensuring that the firm's overall goals and vision are maintained.

The ESOP program as well as how year-end bonuses are directly tied to performance (of both the individual and the firm).

I worked some some extremely talented and dedicated individuals. Folks on our team are always willing to help out other team members.
