What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that everyone has a team mentality and that everyone is open to new ideas, concepts, and is willing to jump in and assist or help out when someone asks.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my team and the people I get to work with. I never thought I would ever be doing proposals for projects that have such a big impact for the clients we work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility. With the shift in office culture since COVID, IMEG has adapted well, and is working on implementing a WFH plan/policy that can not only keep up with that shift, but accommodates life and makes you want to come into work everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that we are in fact a team. We come from different backgrounds, longevity in the field, and we are all willing and able to learn and collaborate with each other to put out the best product we can at the end of the day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having pre-existing medical conditions, IMEG's benefits are amazing. Coming from a bigger, global corporation to IMEG and thinking I was going to take a huge coverage cut, only to find out IMEG's coverage is the same, helped me breathe easier knowing I made a good decision in my career.
