Employees are respected and work well together. They are willing to help when others are over-loaded.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting projects done on time. Receiving confirmation from clients that we are doing a good job and they appreciate the service we provide.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not compensated equivalent to my peers. Being compensated fairly based on geographic location. Cost of living is 25%+ higher where I live than where our headquarters is located.
