What is the best part about your compensation package?
IMEG pays above the industry standard from my experience and the benefits are great, The other contributing factor is that we are all Owners being an employee owned firm.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about the leadership team is that they are fully invested in the company and it's success. Many of the local leadership team have been with IMEG for their entire career. That spoke volumes to me when I interviewed with IMEG - they value their employees!
