Most people enjoy each others company.
What makes you most happy at work?
When a large project is completed successfully with minimal issues and the client wants to hire you again because you worked together so well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable, care about my personal needs and not just my productivity, and make accommodations as needed to allow me a great work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of hard workers who care about the output they produce and do what it takes to meet schedules and budgets of demanding clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While I like being a shareholder and the opportunity for owning employee stock, an underrated part of being a part of a large firm is the significant reduction of my family's health insurance premiums. This amounted to several thousand dollars per year more in my pocket than before!
