Very open communications and clear direction on the company goals, including how they can personally benefit me.

The company has a an overall culture, but each office location has a culture too, allowing each office to be somewhat autonomous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open and honest. When I take time off, they actively support me so I don't come back to a large backlog of work.
