Life insurance is included for free, and I have the ability to customize my plans to my own personal needs.

Employees have a 50/50 split of profits.

The benefits that we have is incredible.

The pay is decent with the ability to work from home and work remotely. Unlimited vacation/sick days make it easier to balance work and life.

Transparency and potential. Compensation is tied directly to salary tiers which provides a clear view into why a salary is at a given point and it also creates clarity for how a salary and person and grow within the organization.

I love the ability to take unlimited vacation, as needed. It really helps with work/life balance.
