IMPACT has been a dream company to work for!
It's been an absolute pleasure working here for 10 years and I don't want to work anywhere else.
It's fast-paced and some months can be really stressful, but everyone that you work with has your back. The people that you work with make the hard months easier and you're able to power through with that support.
It's been an overall extremely positive experience. When issues have come up, leadership has worked on making the problems better. The work is hard and often exhausting. The pace is extremely fast and stressful. But the team is a good fit with one another. Leadership has our backs.
