The leadership team is transparent with the rest of the company, they are in touch with what's actually happening on the ground in the day to day and take the entire team's concerns, feedback and requests into consideration when planning out the future of the company.

Being able to work at home and have a fairly flexible schedule with the ability to take time off when needed without feeling guilty or overwhelmed is pretty amazing. You work hard to be able to have these benefits and as long as you maintain a solid balance you can't go wrong.
