Impact Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Free food on Fridays, unlimited leave

Review from Sales Dept

The benefits for this company far outweigh those of any other companies I've worked for.

Review from Operations Dept

The granted company equity, bonus plan & base pay

Review from Customer Support Dept

Ability to see how much company bonus we will earn instead of just being paid an amount with no explanation.

Review from HR Dept

Unlimited leave and the bonuses

Review from Customer Support Dept

The salary is above average compared to the market.

Review from Operations Dept

Base is fair and the variable is generous albeit commensurate with the industry.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel like I am accurately compensated for the work that I do.

Review from Operations Dept

The best part of our compensation is that we all have ownership in the company and are invested in its' success.

Review from Sales Dept

I am sales guy on commission, so a lot of my pay is performance based with uncapped earning potential.

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited PTO benefits and bonus program.

I've gotten two stock grants, multiple raises, and was able to keep my acquired PTO as a bonus if I left after we switched to unlimited PTO. These guys are definitely fair.

Review from Sales Dept

As an employee, you receive stock options. You are not just an employee anymore, but an owner and have stake in the success of the organization.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is slightly higher than what it would be at other companies for the same role, and benefits like pre-tax transit accounts and discounted NYSC memberships are an added plus!

Review from Sales Dept

Santa Barbara can be a tough place to work given the high cost of living, but my direct managers and executives are very thoughtful about identifying fair comp structures based on performance metrics. The annual OKR bonus is a nice boost at the end of the year also.

Review from Customer Support Dept

As a member of the sales staff I am compensated with an incredibly reasonable base, as well as a wonderful comp structure for achieving my sales goals!

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited Vacation.. We don't abuse it, but it really feels good to know that should something come up you won't be penalized. You don't have to decide between going to your little sister's graduation or having a proper holiday.

Review from Operations Dept

I am paid well within the market rate and I love having ownership in the company(stock).

Review from HR Dept

The yearly bonus is something many companies stopped doing! Not Impact!

Salary and shares is the best part in my current package.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Medical Aid would be an amazing benefit to have.

Review from Operations Dept

From an industry average perspective, we at Impact could receive a higher salary. Too many folks have left Impact or leveraged outside offers in salary negotiations.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think they should be generous with stock grants.
