Dress professionally. Once you start, its very casual.
What would cause you to leave your job at Impact?
Family circumstances or the opportunity to open my own business.
I would have to be treated unfairly or have my pay cut
I'm not sure anything could convince me to leave. Great pay, people and location.

It varies from the role. But, they look for people who are hungry, humble, and smart.

How flexible is your work schedule at Impact?
Extremely.
It is pretty flexible
While there is no mistaking that we work hard, we enjoy tremendous flexibility with our schedule at Impact in terms of daily in-office time. Additionally, unlimited PTO (in the US) is a tremendous benefit.
Does Impact have any remote positions?
I am pretty sure they do.

Employees can work at home as needed, but the office is so much fun- most people like to come in to work.

What's the work from home policy like at Impact?
Some people work remote, while others come into the office daily. Either way, they are extremely flexible with schedules. As long as you are getting your work done, they are supportive of your life outside of work.
Very flexible. Most departments allow you to pick one day a week to work from home.
How would you compare interviewing at Impact to other places you've interviewed?
Definitely a more rigorous process. I had 3 total interviews and the last interview was with 4 different people. Everyone was extremely friendly, but difficult questions were asked.

In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Impact asks?
Why Impact?
My interview lasted for more than two hours and I should say it was one of the best interviews I have ever had. One interesting question that I remember was “ Put numbers next to these values according to what is the most important to you and explain your choice : money, fulfillment, growth opportunity, promotion with the company, etc”
How do you feel about Impact's future?
Great future ahead! We are the best in the space.
The founders of Impact help to pioneer this industry and we have top tier products that are more advanced than our competitors.
How rewarding is your job at Impact?
Super rewarding! I feel like I am getting my MBA here and learn a lot every day.
Very rewarding. I have the freedom to implement my ideas, I work with amazing people, and my opinion is valued.

Pretty common. Since I started working there I saw quite a few promotions within the company.
They are great about providing internal growth within the company and across departments.

I like our director...she is fair and understanding and also works hard to get everything done.
