Medical Aid would be an amazing benefit to have.

From an industry average perspective, we at Impact could receive a higher salary. Too many folks have left Impact or leveraged outside offers in salary negotiations.

Company is growing so quickly, that the company doesn't always implement the best policies/ react appropriately

Better health plan and more perks
Better healthcare options, currently generic industry level healthcare.
I feel we need equal benefits across the different offices.

As a company grows, there are always growing pains. I don't think that any issues I may find here are unique to Impact.
