Good work / life balance, but individual work lacks impact. Poor sense of leveling and compensation, poor communication from upper leadership, and some minor impropriety around the same. Many silos at the company, and no action from Director level management to fix.

Folks are friendly. We get things done, even if we have little support from Director-level management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor sense of leveling. Company generally overpays for under-skilled folks with experience, and underpays in any other scenario. No premium paid for skill and ability.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get a CEO who is generally qualified to be a CEO. Diorio is the classic cofounder turned CEO, and he's not engaging the appropriate professional development to successfully transition
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's hard to get a sense of what the future looks like, career-wise, on a 1 to 5 year timescale. Seems most good opportunities go to teams with special relationships with the CEO, even if the problem doesn't match the team. Hard to maintain top-notch individual contributors in this environment
