The leadership team has poor communication, planning process, and management. This company is willing to throw away 3+ years of work repeatedly and develop countless side-projects without commercial value.
Poor sense of leveling. Company generally overpays for under-skilled folks with experience, and underpays in any other scenario. No premium paid for skill and ability.

It's hard to get a sense of what the future looks like, career-wise, on a 1 to 5 year timescale. Seems most good opportunities go to teams with special relationships with the CEO, even if the problem doesn't match the team. Hard to maintain top-notch individual contributors in this environment
