What do you like best about the leadership team?
Excellent communication regarding the long-term vision and mid-term goals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Follow the money! They waste money on projects that have been failing . Give people raises and stop using staff
Work life balance needs to be better.
Diversity in higher-level positions, and promoting diverse employees.
Making decisions, building sustainable systems / processes, managing costs
The arrogance at the top towards employees, customers and competitors is astounding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and medical is at no expense
The benefits and pto are great
PTO policy -4 weeks to start wifh
This is the only good thing about the company but it is standard in the Bay Area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No growth for me but colleagues can move up quickly. Took a while to get where I am. I know I am still underpaid.
Base salary is below market, which the company knows

Generally collaborative and smart people around you. Some bad apples though but that's just any company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Bias at this company is off the charts and goes unchecked.
Be more inclusive and understand and change their biases.
More collaboration, less politics. Too much ego and insecurity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cannot think of one really

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Insert apply Hr, and do not allow or encourage unprofessional behavior
The company needs to take more actions to change. Fire people who aren't willing to change.

Conversations were appropriate and pleasing

Interviewers are disorganized and not fully engaged.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor leadership, highly political. Lack of discipline around decision-making. Culture is not a priority.
