What do you like best about the leadership team?
we work as ateam and i am so happy there and i will stay all the rest of my life
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership offers pseudo-support which seems intended to mold everyone into the same thing. They promote “leaders” with zero experience or training in management. Which creates heavy awkwardness when you’re seeking genuine support. They do not inspire
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i dont mine if it was larger than now but i like it any way

People are dedicated, no question. At a team-level people support and raise each other up.

A positive to the environment and culture is that most people should be able to tell whether it’s a fit quickly. They are loud about the culture and that makes it easier for some to gaug

It was straightforward and seemingly designed to get people in the door.
It was a real problem instead of radom computer science exercises
