They clearly communicate details and expectations, when you need to ask clarifying questions they are very responsive. Everyone seems to have fun and be in an upbeat mood regularly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The training and care to detail of the growth of associates is refreshing. It makes me feel like they truly care that I am not overwhelmed by just being thrown into a project, but that I understand what is expected and how to use the software I am working with.
