It has been a positive experience from the beginning of the interview process to current date. Their are more training resources at this company than any other company I have worked with. It has been a priority to keep remote workers and in office workers connected from day one.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Caring about culture isn't just a slogan with this team. I am fairly new and have already seen many examples of caring for and prioritizing the culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is here to help. I have yet to see an example of someone who is year to collect their daily pay a log off. People are bought in to the culture. If you are new there are plenty of co-workers willing to put an arm around you and get you up to speed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally, I took a pay cut to fill the role that I am currently filling. This is honestly the only not great part of my situation within incite. However, It was discussed that if I were to hit the ground running and be productive that Incite does not wait to for annual reviews to reward employees.
