My overall experience thus far has been OUTSTANDING. I really cannot put into words how much this company has changed my life in so little time. I know it sounds like one of those bogus reviews, but it is true!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is helpful and kind. The team is active in making Incite a non toxic work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is staff development. No traditional accounting firm garbage where only the "good old boys/gals" succeed. The openness of every team member to help etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is the most competitive package I have ever seen in the accounting industry, especially for non licensed staff. The benefits themselves will be improved over time I hope in regard to the price of health, but there is still no competition.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel fulfilled here at incite. I am able to work fully remote. This allows me to be around my family more due to the loss of what was a 1 1/2 hour one way commute (so 3 hours a day in commute alone).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about their people. Of course, they are concerned about the well being of the business as well, however, it is sincerely driven by a desire to make the lives of accounting firm employees better. Incites goal to revolutionize the accounting industry is not just hype.
