What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Something I enjoy about the company, is the human interaction with the team. Every week, I look forward to our Wednesday meetings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very team-focused and they are happy for everyone. I am so grateful to be part of this team. I've learned so much from the marketing and sales team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very open-minded and open to input from the team. They are very personable and always have a growth mindset. I love that they recognize great work and empower others!
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to talk to team members is what makes me happy at work. If I could, I would want to work everyday from the office. I greatly enjoy the days I am there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As of now, I'm an intern. The compensation at Incite is great and would recommend anyone start an internship here. I don't feel exploited for work and I actually feel valued for what I have to offer.
