The culture aims to feed your personal success as well as general well being. Both personal and professional growth appear to be valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the bankable PTO--it allows me to enjoy my life and my family and to plan things accordingly. It is rewarding and fair to be able to work more hours at a certain point to receive PTO when needed. Nothing is more valuable than time.
