They are passionate about what they do, and invested in the development and growth of each team member. They set clear goals and develop specific paths for each individual and team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we have the opportunity to recognize team members on a weekly basis and praise them for going above and beyond and giving their best. Everyone roots everyone else on and celebrates their successes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the fact that I can work extra hours if I choose to do so and am allowed to bank time to use as time off. To me, extra time off is more valuable than being paid overtime.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone pulls their weight and takes responsibility for their work. We all jump in when help is needed, and there is no ego involved that I have seen. Everyone is willing to help the rest of the team succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have a clear set of goals and that I am able to achieve them makes me happy. I love helping people and solving problems. Being part of an organization that makes a difference in business and in people's lives makes me happy.
