What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team encourages collaboration rather than trying to make every decision from the top down. Different perspectives are usually welcomed.

The communication within the team is one of its strongest qualities. People generally keep each other informed and make an effort to avoid unnecessary surprises.
