What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great People to work for. Open to ideas and thinking outside the box.
They empower the team to take decisions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My managers at Indecomm Global Services do not put us as employees first. They put themselves first. They play favorites and have bad choices for the teams. They don't care what others do as long as it is done for them. They take vacations and then come back like everything is all nice and dandy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The business tries very hard to keep the benefit cost down for the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do so much for so little pay. They do not value my skills
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. We work together to get things done.
We all get along, and collaborate to assist each other when needed.
