Mr. Nadeau served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking at Rockland Trust Company until March 16, 2017 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending Division since July 1, 2007. Mr. Nadeau is in charge of the Rockland Trust commercial lending region based in Brockton, Massachusetts. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Rockland Trust Company's Commercial Lending Division from 1992 to April 2007. Mr. Nadeau has worked at Rockland Trust in a variety of capacities since 1984. Mr. Nadeau has been a Director of Independent Bank Corp. and Rockland Trust Company since March 16, 2017. He serves on the Board of Directors for numerous organizations including the Stonehill College Executive Committee for Development, Southeastern MA Affordable Housing Corporation, Montello Affordable Housing Corporation, SEED Corporation, Metro South Chamber of Commerce and the Brockton Boys & Girls Club. He is a graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor's degree in Business.
