What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to employee's opinions and value the inputs. Managers aren't typically hired from outside the company, they are promoted from the workforce. There's no glass ceiling here and performance is rewarded with bonuses to employees and managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Beware! Narrow minded individuals with no original thoughts and work experience to contribute.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performance bonuses are based on how well the individual and the company are doing. We are incentivized to contribute and help get things done.
The amount of paid time off and paid holidays! We are also able to have flexible work arrangements when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If leadership was true to ter word and practiced what they preach.
Pay not commensurate with inflation or market value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We operate as peers most of the time and ping-pong ideas back and forth until we feel that we've identified the potential problems and have a good solution to the problem.
Coworkers are supportive, managers are two-faced.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Their culture is toxic and misleading. They need a better view in life and take their blinders off.
Needs to be a lean/agile organization, not a waterfall organization
What did you like most about the interview process?
The company is thorough with hiring to ensure candidates are capable of being successful in the position they are being considered for.
Being able to speak to the COO and CEO about how I could help this company and hear their beliefs and expectations.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Look outside of friends from family circle
What makes you most happy at work?
Being successful and working with others to solve challenges.
I'm treated well, compensated well, and feel that my inputs are valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too long to describe all the negatives and what's going wrong. How to be improved.. don't work here, don't trust anyone, keep your mouth shut, and don't be yourself
