WFH budget and internet stipend are awesome. I wish the WFH budget had no expiry, however.

Getting to help plan out and execute new projects and lead our development teams to success

Getting to see a product go from "vague idea" all the way to implementation and being used by clients

It provides constant opportunities to grow as an engineer - to solve interesting problems and think outside the box when designing solutions

Very flexible with determining the best path forward - able to learn from mistakes and pivot as necessary. Clear, open communication and don't shy away from failure
What makes you most happy at work?
A really good, productive day of coding - that feeling of accomplishment when I get to make a ton of progress on a new feature is amazing.

Very smart, very dedicated to the job at hand - always striving to do the best possible work and not cut corners. And a lot of fun! Work can be stressful but everyone is friendly, open, and honest so the environment is never tense
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honesty and dedication - everyone cares about doing a good job, helping others where possible, and being honest and open about when help is needed. We learn from failures without blaming people for them but are honest about root causes and always strive to improve where we can.
