Overall workplace and day to day is fairly simple. However, there are many inefficiencies. Processes for serious issues take an unreasonably long time. They take nearly up to a year to refund money back to members, and even to investigate HR related issues within the company.
It is a community, sharing examples, sharing the same goal of success. A lot of emphasis is in place on knowledge and having a simple, easy use set of community owned knowledge cards. The leaders are very approachable and inclusive in their approach - refreshingly.
Industrious offers a solid product with a severely misguided leadership team comprised of over-educated, under-experienced "yes men." As a customer, you will love it. As an employee, you will hate it. High turnover, lack of strategy and direction at HQ. Anyone based outside NYC will have an OK time
