What do you like best about the leadership team?Young and innovative, but after a while, you realise everything they do is for money. Some paying customers are so poorly treated until it's time for renewal. No wonder turnover is high. It's the place for you if you want to be a working poor. Yet the company has received millions from investors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Treat all workers with respect and recognize their contributions. The founders are Brazilians, but the company is registered in the US. They celebrate US holidays but pay in Brazilian Real. I don't know anyone there who makes $20,000/year or more, except the founders and the few White staff.
