Not sure but Infineon always follow regulation

It is not about money - this is exactly the problem of the technical ladder scheme. One can not get higher if there is no position for the higher salary, which is strange...

I am an Intern, and i think the salary could be a little bit better. Interns at Intel have a salary around 1.800 euros

Not an engineer. Currently working as a fab operator and it is a mind numbingly demoralizing position to be in if you have any ambitions or aspirations to contribute to anything requiring mental power.
