Fair pay, bonus has paid out over 100% on average and great 401k matching and benefit program. Also many little things about caring for employees.

Energy of coworkers, sincere interest in my personal success as well as commitment to business success. Company has many smart people but not high on ego so generally easy and fun to work with the best and the brightest.

Able to see the impact of my work. I truly believe the company is working to make a better world. Believe in business and believe in purpose of company. Also, coworkers bring energy and commitment to their projects.
