most of people are open minded
They are located in head-quarters. It depends on your geographical location and your designation, whether you get to interact with them directly, and how often do you get to interact with them. If you are not in head quarters and not at Director level, then it’s only through All Hands Meeting

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure but Infineon always follow regulation
Not a lot better than industry, but not lower too. The Manager, team culture, job profile, and growth opportunities are more important to me.

Pay is good, with good bonus that pays out every year so far. Stock grants are sometimes given as well
