The compensation provided is just around 7.4L(Fixed). I think I deserve at least 10L(Fixed) after having a MBA and 1+ year of experience.

The changes to this year's compensation plan were hugely negative. Charging the sales team for the past ARR for products that customers have turned off for the past 12+ months is wrong. That ARR is dead. We should be able to sell new deals and get ARR without getting carved for old on-prem stuff.
