What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be a lot of alignment on goals at a high level, at least in terms of how goals are discussed. This fosters a sense of comradery, even though I have little to no interaction with senior leadership.

With a leadership team as transparent and hard working as Informatica's, it's easy for employees to understand how to best contribute, feel fufilled, and genuinely want to be a part of the company's success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is indexed pretty fairly.

Looking forward to seeing how the bonus review process works, but the stock options/ESPP is probably the biggest differentiator compared to other companies.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been on a team with such high levels of collaboration and expertise. Truly humbling. Also, seeing my manager, and my manager's manager, roll up their sleeves is incredibly motivating in itself.

Our team is collaborative and respectful - instead of wasting energy on blame shifting and company politics, it's a team of productive and intellectual people (that I enjoy learning from) that all want to see one another succeed. They just care, which is hard to find.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very mission-aligned. Also, positive reinforcement and recognition is very strong.

The company doesn't just put out corporate values to tick a box and attract customers/employees, they actually drive the culture here in a significant way. It's clear that being respectful and collaborative is the only way to operate and (most importantly) that comes from the top down.
