We are 100% full on committed to a Cloud journey and forgetting about the 1000s of customers who have not gone on a Cloud journey
Review from Sales Dept
too many meetings, pivoting priorities
Review from Marketing Dept
We have no clear strategic direction in the location region and we are reactionary and panicked every week, month and quarter.
Review from Sales Dept
Investments in product with demand, more investment in customer service reduction of product bugs, higher quality value proposition and marketing of those propositions, incentive systems that don't put all departments at odds with each other for compensation and otherwise.
Review from Sales Dept
Customers have no clear idea on our goals and our intuition
Review from Customer Support Dept
Product quolity is too much lower than other cloud vendors. Too many regression was reported as per maintenace or upgrde. We should forcus on product quolity because if customer disapoint our products, they will never choose our products again.

Need more clients within IPS to do work for
Review from IT Dept
Micromanagement needs to go away. After two layoffs, there is always a fear of the next layoff and thus lack of trust in the management.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Working I like but physically being present to work each day will have huge impact on my work, family and on my health. Daily cannot spend 4 hours in commute.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I don't feel as though I can control what I am doing, so a lot of the time I'm having to deliver a negative message to our customers
Review from Product Dept
For the person who usually perform the most challenging tasks moving to some mundane and boring activities is very demobilising, in addition the current manager doesn't care much about proper architecture, preferring hero programming over proper engineering.
Review from Engineering Dept
I feel informatica is in hurry to release new features than stabilizing existing issues. Secondly to much of push on the work from office is also creating discomfort in employees
Review from IT Dept
Pay more fairly, allow WFH, it's not a bad thing.
Review from IT Dept
Employees are vigorously asked to come to office/base location, even when there are some issues even when the work can be done from anywhere remotely with the comfort of loved ones and in a greater level of efficiency. The same was observed during COVID lockdown and the company saw a great increase
Review from Engineering Dept
I said it jn my previous comment.
Review from IT Dept
The work is extremely high-pressure and high-stress. Before my current manager, I had zero insight into my evaluation criteria and the only feedback I got was to do more/better. However, I have a new manager who communicates clearly to me now, which is fantastic.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Some initiatives/KPIs to be rolled out does not work for some of the regional markets. Strategically it can be further refined so I have a clear view of goals and help to achieve it.
Review from Marketing Dept
There's too much flux in my project work to actually focus on development work.
Review from Engineering Dept
There are a few bad eggs, but management doesn't see it or chooses not to do anything to make it better. It is the "fix it yourself" mentality.
